How to Get Rich Being a Garden Influencer
Hello everyone, and welcome to Sod and Seed, Inc. where today we'll discuss, "How to Get Rich Being a Garden Influencer." As a general update, "Influencer" is a new term that seems to be replacing the old "How to Get Rich" saying, so the words "influencer" and the old phrase "how to get rich" may as well be synonymous. Sod and Seed, Inc. is now partnering with influencers to make the next big Garden Influencer! The process is simple: let us know you're interested in being a Sod and Seed, Inc. Garden Influencer, post our products, your unique discount code, lawn care information, tag us in all posts and receive a portion of all orders in which your unique code was used.
Garden Influencer
At Sod and Seed, Inc., we've always taken pride in ongoing education to provide the best customer service and high quality products. We take pride not only in delivering you the best lawn but also provide the resources and information needed to properly tend to your lawn. Garden Influencers are a key part of this process because they help disseminate important information to help ensure our customers have the tools they need for a successful lawn or garden. We ask Influencers to help spread our information to their following in hopes of reaching as many people to not only share our products but key information for a beautiful and healthy lawn or garden.

Plants for Influencers
Sod and Seed, Inc. has the largest sod and seed selection with plenty of products to choose from, so take your pick! To start off, the next Sod and Seed, Inc. Garden Influencer will need content to post. Just for starters, the two most popular products are our Kurapia Ground Cover and Native Lippia.
Kurapia is a plant that is used as an alternative ground cover. In other words, people are starting to use Kurapia ground cover in stead of traditional sod grass for lawns because Kurapia ground cover saves water, is drought tolerant, and never has to be mowed. Your best Kurapia ground cover pictures will probably be between May an October, when Kurapia ground cover blooms miniature white flowers.
Native Plant Restoration
One of the products Sod and Seed, Inc. is most proud of is our Native Lippia also known as Texas Turkey Tangle, Frog Fruit. and Phyla Nodiflora. In addition to saving water and never needing to be mowed, our Native Lippia blooms miniature flowers seasonally. Best of all, our Lippia is a native plant that when planted, helps support native plant restoration. Our Native Lippia ships nation-wide so don't wait to join the movement!
Teaching Lawn Care
As mentioned above, one of the biggest goals of Sod and Seed, Inc. is to help gardeners and lawn owners have the information they need for a long-lasting and healthy lawn. Tending to a garden or lawn is tailored to each one, though there are some universal lawn care or garden care themes to stay in tune with.
Watering: A Popular Topic for Gardener Influencers
One of the most frequent questions we get is "How much should I water?" It is important to have ongoing information regarding how much to water your garden plants or lawn because there is not one answer. The amount watering your garden, plants and lawn will need varies and is based on quite a few factors. This is good news for a garden influencer because it means there are many opportunities to post content. Watering your garden, plants or lawn can be an extensive topic that will keep the next garden influencer busy by keeping the conversation going.

Helping Followers Maintain Gardens and Lawns
Another topic that will help Garden influencers expand their reach and keep followers informed on gardening is maintenance. Whether you have a sod lawn, a flower garden, city garden, vegetable garden or a small house plant, maintaining your plants is 95% of the job. Posting about garden maintenance or lawn care is a sure course for consistent content. There are so many things to post about in regards to gardening or lawn care such as sharing pictures and information about watering routines, lawn mowing, trimming, reseeding, seasonal fertilization, environmentally friendly products and much more.
A good gardener should always have a hat, gardening gloves and a their favorite hand tool!
City Garden
Being the next top Garden Influencer does not have to be all about lawns or big, open, outdoor gardens. One of the most beautiful things about nature is that you can find it almost anywhere if you look close enough. So, as a Garden Influencer feel free to share about your city garden, sod lawn, vegetable garden, indoor plants, flower garden, your new favorite succulent, etc. As a Garden Influencer even a visit to a Chinese Garden or popular gardens like the Chicago Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Botanic Garden can be impactful.
One of our favorite Staff Field Trips at Sod and Seed, Inc. was to Hedgerow Farms, where we were able to capture a California Poppy field in full bloom.
Sod grass is the foundation of Sod and Seed, Inc. so we want to be sure to not leave our lawn owners aside. Being a Garden Influencer for Sod and Seed, Inc. doesn't necessarily mean you need to have a sod lawn. As a Garden Influencer, you can virtually post about anything related to gardens, plants and lawns because at Sod and Seed, Inc. we are more than just lawn people. At Sod and Seed, Inc. we value lawns and gardens as a part of our larger biomes and environment.
